This is the most commonly performed surgery for local woman. Vaginal loosening is often caused by post natural child birth vaginal tearing or because of aging. There are 2 ways to perform this kind of surgery; one is to cut off the loose tissue and membrane from the vagina, then proceed to tighten vaginal muscles, finish with stitching up the incision, and modifying the vaginal opening. Using this method, all scaring is inside the vagina, the results are direct and obvious, very suitable for woman after performing natural child birth. The other method is by injecting fat taken from other places in your own body into the membrane around the vaginal opening, allowing it to become thicker and tighter. However the problem with this procedure is the fat has the problem of being easily self-absorbed, there may be a need to have to repeat the procedure a few times, and it is more suitable for women with not so serious vaginal loosening caused by aging.

II.Labia Minora Cosmetic Surgery:
For many post child bearing woman, the labia minora because of pregnancy, becomes dark, loose, thick, and not very pleasant looking, through labia minora cosmetic surgery it can reduce the visible area. This surgery is the same as circumcision surgery for men, it is only necessary to keep the desired area, the rest is removed and stitched up, and normal sexual behavior can be resumed after two weeks.

III.Clitoris Cosmetic Surgery
This procedure is mainly used to shorten the skin covering the upper portion of the clitoris, this part is an extension of the clitoris, if this foreskin is too long, for one it can obstruct clitoris hygiene, secondly it decreases the excitement and sensitivity during sexual intercourse. Currently the best known long-term fillers can also be injected at this location, although surgical procedure is not necessary, the cost is much higher.

V.Hymen Rebuilding:
Hymen remnants are dispersed around the vagina opening; surgery consists of piecing together the torn membranes together like a puzzle. Although for most Taiwanese people, virginity is no longer a touchstone in male and female relationships, there are still patients seeking this type of surgery.

VI.Clitoris and Labia Ring
The main purpose for this type of surgery is for body display; it is also a demonstration of ornamental art. Normally the patient will be anesthetized during the process and the procedure will be performed after the patient is asleep in order to avoid the pain in the process, the patient must also bring their own materials.
