| A pair of enchanting
eyes is due to its” expression”. Also, only eyes that
talk can have an enlarging effect which attracts people’s
soul. The meaning of “when you say nothing at all” is
what peoples refer to as using the expression of the eye
to communicate.
Since God did
not provide everyone with a pair of eyes that everybody
envies, then the only thing to do is to seek help from
cosmetic surgeons. Therefore, the most inquired surgury
within an orthopedic clinic relates to the eye. Also,
no wonder double eyelid surgery has always been on top
of the cosmetic surgery been performed. Nevertheless,
apart from double eyelid, eye bag removal or opening
eye head surgery which everybody knows, are there any
other surgeries which can add a finishing touch to the
eyes? This time, I will like to introduce to every reader
a puffy eye bag creating surgery that can create puffy
eye bags to let the eyes look watery, attractive and
being able to talk with your eyes.
The origin of the Chinese words “youthlitis”
cannot be traced; the most suitable concrete image description
for it would be similar to chrysalis like shaped tissues
located under the eye. The exact position should be
right below the lower eyelashes, resembling a rod like
shape, stretching from the front to the back of the
eye and the ideal width from top to bottom should not
exceed 0.5cm. The majority of congenital puffy eye bags
are due to the fatness of the muscle surrounding the
eye. Also, smiling will make the puffiness of the eye
bags even more obvious due to muscles movements along
with expressions on the face. This is what makes it
so enchanting. However, if youthlitis are too wide or
too thick, it is very easy to be mistake it as under
eye bags or swollen eye. On the other hand if it is
too narrow, then it will not be obvious. As a result,
how to create a pair of natural and inartificial youthlitis
has become a course of knowledge which requires accurate
managing surgery skills.
Traditional surgery of youthlitis is
similar to under eye bag removal surgery. It starts
by cutting open the edge of the lower eye, separating
lower eyelid and muscles surrounding the eye and then
after folding the lower eye muscles into a cylinder
shape, finish up by securing it upwards. The advantage
is that it utilizes sufficiently our own tissues to
make up for the weakness. It can also be performed simultaneously
with eye bag removal surgery. The disadvantage is that
it requires a longer recovery period to visualize the
result, and there is a possibility to aggravate the
original black eye issue. In addition, the injection
of your own body fatty tissues is also another option
for the traditional surgery. Its method starts by extracting
3-5cc of fatty tissues from rich fatty tissues areas
in the body and purifying it. After that using needs
to re-inject back into the area intended to have puffy
eye bags. But the rate of self-absorption of fat is
unpredictable. There is the possibility of uneven absorption
between the two eyes. Besides, it is difficulty to sculpture
these large fatty cells correctly into the desired shape;
therefore this surgery has slowly become not as popular
among plastic surgeons.
Recently, due to the popularization
of micro cosmetic surgeries, it has lead to the injection
of Hyaluornic Acid (HA) to create youthlitis as another
popular item. Especially in Korea, is has created a
popular trend. However, its effects will only last approximately
for nine months. The injection skills of the surgeon
are also very important, if the dose or the area of
injection is not suitable, it will not only be unable
to create youthlitis on the desired position, but there
is a possibility that the lower eye lid will look swollen.
It will even take a couple of months to improve. From
a long term investment perspective, it is only a reasonable
option.
So, is there any fast, pretty and long
lasting method to create youthlitis? Thanks to the current
rapid advancements in biotechnology, it has provided
many more weapons for cosmetic surgeons to use. Among
them, the emergence of Gortex and artificially made
skin as filling materials has been most suitable. These
two materials all are soft and can be easily shaped
into the desired shape. It is the most suitable material
for creating thin, long and not awaked youthlitis. The
surgical method is actually not difficult; we start
by using sharp scalpels to cut approximately 0.3cm incision
at the beginning and end of the eye. Then insert the
pre-shaped Gortex via under the skin using a special
conductor. After confirming that it has been placed
into the right position, then the incision can be stitched
up. The entire procedure takes about half an hour. Half
of the swollenness will disappear in approximately three
days and about after two weeks the puffy eye bags will
look smooth and natural.
Although the above-mentioned materials
are fine to use, there are also some disadvantages.
For example, part of the artificial skin will be absorbed
by the body, and the puffy eye bags will be slightly
smaller than the original in the long run. Whereas,
for Gortex, if it is put too close to the surface, then
it can be easily felt when touched. On top of that,
these two materials require avoiding cuts and wounds
due to infection issues and the cost of the material
is higher; as a result the surgery fee will also be
higher. Generally speaking, if the surgeon is familiar
with the application of the above mentioned materials,
and has a correct and good sense of cognition towards
beauty, then most of the time customer’s satisfactory
results will be achieved.
The spread of Western influence
to the East, wanting “youthlitis” is no longer a woman’s
patent anymore, man can have one too. During our clinical
consultation, more and more males are asking for the
same surgery, they also want to pair of eyes that can
talk. No matter for woman or man, “youthlitis” is a
complement to make your eyes look prettier, can actually
make you look more energetic. You only need to make
up your mind if this is something you need; cosmetic
surgeons can make this surgery happen anytime you desire.
