It depends on both
the status of softness and the size
of separated space of your breasts.
In general, it will not be allowed
for you to replace a larger breast
implant if the original space is not
big enough or you have capsular contracture.
If you replace larger breast implants
without considering above problems,
the surgery result would pressure
your original small space more narrower.
It would not only create a weird shape
of your breasts, but also shorten
the life duration of implants, or
in the worse case, the implant may
break without any early warning. Therefore,
I suggest you receive a proper revision
mammaplasty to remove the capsule
as well as safely enlarge the size
of your breasts, and then complete
the procedure of placing new breast
implants.
