Youthlitis Creating Surgery

1. Will (a) youthlitis made from Gortex or artificial dermis look natural? Will it look fake?

Gortex and artificial dermis are very good fillers, their pros are their softness and that they can be cut into any desired shape. If you want to use them as fillers under the eyelids, you need to insert them under the muscle and not just under the skin. This ensures that shadows do not appear when you smile, and you do not feel a foreign object when you touch the area. If the surgeon pays attention to these details during surgery, usually good results can be achieved.

2. Will Gortex or artificial dermis be absorbed by the body?

Gortex is a thin mesh biotech material that will harden and have a fixed shape after absorbing water; it will incorporate with the body tissue and not be absorbed. These are the reasons it is durable and natural, and is suitable for patients who like obviously big eyes or a youthlitis. Artificial dermis can be folded and cut, but part of it (around 1/3) will be absorbed by the body after a while, so it is suitable for a more natural and subtle youthlitis.
3. Will hyaluronic acid injections really create the shape of a youthlitis? Will it cause my eye bags to look plump?

The problem you talk about may happen, mainly because the amount of hyaluronic acid liquid is not easy to determine and also the surgeon’s injection accuracy. If the surgeon is careful to inject hyaluronic acid in the dermis and spend some time shaping the skin, the effects are immediate and obvious. But if they are injected into a deeper level, the hyaluronic acid will flow down because of the weight, the results look similar to heavy eye bags or puffy eyelids.
