Your problem is
actually quite common, because of
aging, the sagging double eyelids
will let your forehead muscles habitually
contract to “open” your eyelids; at
this time your eyebrow position will
be higher then normal. There is usually
no self awareness for this kind of
long term and habitual eye opening
movement, and usually the surgeon
needs to discover it prior to surgery.
If you do not realize it before surgery,
after the sagging eyelids are removed,
it will result in sudden relaxation
of the forehead muscles, and the symptoms
of “falling eyebrows” will appear.
So we usually evaluate if your eyelid
sagging symptoms are because of aging
skin, sagging eyebrows, or both problems
combined, and then give you a suggestion
to solve all your problems at once.
Of course, if you want to correct
it now, the only option is to have
another surgery… |
