1. Will the transplanted fat be self-absorbed? What is the rate of absorption?

Any type of fat transplant will have problems with self absorption. Traditional fat centrifugation will dehydrate the fat cells and destruct the cell membrane, so after transplanting, the absorption rate is often more then 50% and sometimes even 100%. We use the fat filtering method to allow the cells to survive in the isotonic environment, so the self absorption rate will greatly decrease and be around 30%.

2. Do you provide any other type of biosynthetic materials for vulva enlargement surgery?

The alleged materials you mean may be artificial dermis or similar substances. The pros of this type of material is you do not need to consider the problem of self absorption, and it feels more firm to the touch; the cons are the artificial material is easily torn, deformed, or even infected because of friction, and the material costs are high. Of course, we can provide this type of material for surgery, but before surgery we need you to understand the pros and cons.
