	1. Are the risks high for top and bottom combined bone shaving surgery?

	For a surgeon who has performed many bone shaving surgeries, the top and bottom combined bone shaving surgery has the same surgical process as single area bone shaving; the only difference is the length of the surgery time. If the width of the face matches the length of the face, you have ideal facial structure. If the width of the face is longer than the length of the face, then you can use bone shaving to reduce the cheek bones or jaw bones, and allow your face to look longer visually.
