Hyaluronic Acid Reshaping Surgery

1. Can hyaluronic acid be used to get rid of wrinkles?

Hyaluronic acid is mainly injected in the dermal layer, which is different from Botox that is injected into the muscle. So hyaluronic acid is unable to improve dynamic wrinkles (crow’s feet, frown lines, furrows in the forehead…) resulting from the contractions of facial expression muscles. But it has good treatment results for static wrinkles, which are fine lines you can see without any facial expressions (nasolabial folds, forehead wrinkles, furrows…), and hollows on the skin from scars (acne scars).

2. Are the effects of hyaluronic acid only temporary? Are there any methods that last longer?

Currently the hyaluronic acid products on the market only have temporary effects, so the inconvenience and pain of repeated injections still trouble beauty loving women. Actually in Korea and Japan, cosmetic surgeons have since long ago, used imported permanent hyaluronic acid products from Europe to cater to the needs of their customers. You only need to get one injection to maintain the effects permanently, and you no longer need to worry about the embarrassment of the injection suddenly disappearing.
The cost of a permanent hyaluronic acid injection is three times the amount of a traditional hyaluronic acid injection, but in the long term it is still a very economical choice.
3. Is it impossible to change or take out permanent hyaluronic acid injections?

No. The composition of permanent hyaluronic acid is similar to average hyaluronic acid. The only difference is for permanent hyaluronic acid, the molecular structure and the mediator coated on the outside allows it to quickly collect together and not disperse in the tissue after injection, so it is not easily absorbed by the body. If partial modifications want to be made after the injection, we only need to use a needle to drain the hyaluronic acid out of the area that wishes to be modified within two weeks after surgery.
