1. What are the effects of Botox facelift injections? Compared to facelift surgery, which one is better?

This type of Botox facelift is considered a type of micro-cosmetic surgery; it is a non-surgical facelift method that is quick. The results are not as complete and long lasting compared to facelift surgery, but the pros are that there is almost no recovery time, and you can return to work right after the injection; it is a suitable method for busy and young working class. Also, because it has a low injection amount, there will not be symptoms like weak muscles. Facelift surgery is focused on the complete processing of aged and loose skin, the goals and the effects are very different from non-surgical micro-cosmetic surgery.

2. Can you compare Thermage and Botox facelifts?

Thermage is also a non-surgical facelift method, but its principles and prices are very different from Botox facelifts. Which method is better depends on personal opinion and economic ability. Basically, Botox injections have good effects on skin that still has good elasticity, it is more suitable for younger patients; Thermage has better effects on aged loose skin.
Actual therapy method choices still rely on the adjustments of personal conditions.

3.How long do the effects of a Botox facelift last? Do you need to come back for injections again a lot?

Botox facelifts are the same as other Botox treatments, they all need continuous injections to maintain the effects. Usually the first six weeks of treatment, you need to come back for weekly injections, after that period it can be maintained up to 4 to 6 months. In Korea, many women view Botox injections as a necessary preparation before a date or a party, and because the price is cheap and there is no recovery period, it is a very popular cosmetic treatment!
4. What are the differences between Botox facelift and beauty sculpting treatments?

The beauty sculpting treatment is using a little Botox mixed with vitamin B and some other components, injected in the dermal layer of the skin to stimulate new collagen production and to relax pores, allowing skin to look smoother. A Botox facelift is to use higher dosages of Botox to inject in the hairline or the skin near the chin, allowing the tissue and skin nearby to lift and tighten. The two principles are different, but Botox has better facelift results.
