We are pioneering to introduce Japanese
newest concept of breast reconstruction.
Utilize the tissue expansion during
the whole procedure, which makes patients
undergo the breast reconstruction surgery
feel more comfortable and free. The
tissue expander will be removed in three
months after the surgery to replace
a permanent saline or silicone implant,
at the same time. At the same time you
can also deal with the problem of uneven
size or sagging happened on the other
side breast. Currently, it is the most
convenient and safe breast reconstruction
surgery.
The entire surgery
is performed under intravenous
sedation or epidural anesthesia.
The surgeon uses the same incision
site for this surgery from the
mastectomy operation, makes a
4~5 cm incision and carefully
separates the skin from the chest
wall tissue to create a room similar
to the breast augmentation under
pectoral muscle. The surgeon inserts
the tissue expander, injects water
into the valve, removes the refill
tube and stitches the incision
once the valve is full.
Patients are required to have
scheduled subsequent visits for
three months after surgery; however,
the patients don’t undergo any
tissue expander injection during
the period. The tissue expander
will be removed from the same
incision and replaced with a permanent
implant after measuring the size
of the side breast to complete
the breast reconstruction surgery.

breasts, and go back to normal
life with self-confidence as well.
The advantage of this breast reconstruction
surgery is that the patients can
undergo the surgery either at
the time of the mastectomy or
any time after the mastectomy.

perform the surgery on an outpatient

no hospitalization, you don’t
need to ask someone to take care
of you in the hospital and worry
about the invasion of privacy.
