Breast Lift
Females due to hormonal collapse, breast
feeding or very often post child bearing
will find their breasts become sagging
or atrophy. This phenomenon especially
happens to those who originally have
larger breasts or loosening skin texture.
We call it breast ptosis by natural.
What type of surgery to correct this
problem will depend on the severity
of breast ptosis in cases. Normally
for less severe cases we can perform
breast augmentation to fill out the
breast volume simply. That means we
will insert a bigger implant in subpectoral
or subfascial(subglandular) pocket.
However, for more severe cases I am
afraid there is no other method but
to perform real mastopexy procedure
or even breast reduction surgery to
correct the problem totally. Of course
in some cases, it is necessary to use
combined method (augmentation mastopexy)
to have the best result.
We offer breast augmentation, mastopexy,
and augmentation mastopexy to correct
many kinds of breast ptosis. Dr. Chuang
will evaluate each case to suggest the
best procedure and incision.
