Regional mid-face lift
Even if you are not in a serious situation
where you have a full sagging facial
skin or lax neck skin, but still suffer
from having gradually dropping cheeks
and a more pronounced nasolabial folds
then this regional mid-face lift which
can be used in conjunction with SMAS
fascial thread lift would be your best
choice.
More than just a smaller incision, the
greatest advantages of this surgery
include both a faster recovery after
the surgery and long-lasting effect.
To compare with radiothermoplasty, the
fee of mid-face lift is much cheaper
than the former by nearly half price.
No wonder, there are many Korean ladies
are scrambling for it.
The surgery is performed with intravenous
sedation, the principle of surgery is
similar to Bai-Pi method of facelift
therapy. To start the procedure in the
same way by making an incision from
hairline extend to in front of the ear;
the length of this incision is shorter
that is only between 8 and 10 cm. The
next procedure is to separate the SMAS
layer from the skin and midface, but
we don’t lift and affix the whole fascial
layer. Instead, we utilize lift threads
to make two circular tightening directly
on the fascial layer and remove the
excess skin then suture it as well.
The whole procedure will be performed
within 1.5 hours.
Similarly, you can choose to apply the
tissue adhesive therapy, which facilitates
your recovery after the surgery.
